Local motion

 Today in fitness we did a new version of the local motion. I really enjoyed fitness today, I like this version of the local motion a lot. It was cool that we got to do some of it with partners and on our own. The workouts that we did in this version I really liked and were a great workout. This is one of my favourite excersises for fitness. I had a pretty good workout today, I tried my best in all of the excersises. I thought this workout was really fun.
