On Tuesday this week for fitness was really good, I really like how yoga and the extended beep test was combined. I had a really good workout, first we did yoga and I never stopped for a break during the whole thing and made sure that I did it properly. Then we did the extended beep test I tried my best and I think that was probably the best I have done on the extended beep test. This is one of my favourite workouts for fitness, I really enjoyed it.
