You and extended beep test
On Tuesday this week for fitness was really good, I really like how yoga and the extended beep test was combined. I had a really good workout, first we did yoga and I never stopped for a break during the whole thing and made sure that I did it properly. Then we did the extended beep test I tried my best and I think that was probably the best I have done on the extended beep test. This is one of my favourite workouts for fitness, I really enjoyed it.

Fitness
For fitness on Friday we did the hill run and pond run, it's one of my favourite workouts for fitness. For the hills I tried my best and never stopped when I was going up the hill. For the pond run I ran and walked when I was supposed to. Friday was a really good fitness day I really enjoyed that workout.

Fitness/Insanity workout
Today in fitness we did insanity. Insanity is one of my favorite workouts to do on fitness days. Today I had a pretty good workout, this insanity workout wasn't really one of my favorites out of the other workouts we have done in the past with insanity. I really enjoy doing these kind of workouts, today was a good fitness day.

Fitness Tuesday
On Tuesday for fitness we did the 30 for 30 workout for 40 minutes. I really liked that workout, I never stopped when I was supposed to be doing a workout and always did it for the whole 30 seconds. I really like those kinds of workouts because I'm used to doing circuit training for track. That's one of my favourite workouts for fitness days.

Beep test
Today for fitness testing we did the beep test. I went up to level 13. My goal for next time for the beep test is going to be 13.8.

On Friday for track practise in we were in the gym doing circuit training for about 2 hours. This a few pictures of me at practise in the gym.

Track practise
1st Report Card
So far this year for my fitness I have been really active and eating healthy. I have track outside of school 3-4 times a week and on holidays for example this Remembrance Day we are having a 3 hour session in the gym on weight training. For me I would say my fitness is really good because every day I do 250 push-ups, 250 sit-ups, and also I do burpees . I am obsessed with my fitness and eating healthy, I always eat breakfast lunch and dinner because its very important to be eating all your meals and the right food when you are doing this kind of training. In the morning for breakfast I will have either an egg white sandwich, scrambled eggs, pancakes for carbs or waffles, or an omelet, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I always make sure I have breakfast. For dinner I will usually have chicken, pasta, all that kind of stuff for protein and carbs. For my track training program we have a food nutritionist and a massage therapist on the site so we no what to be eating and if we have any pain, soreness or injuries they can be worked out.
After school for track we have really good workouts track practise is about 2 hours every practise. Always on Fridays we will be in the gym for about 2 hours doing circuit training and weights. One day of the week we do about 15-20 parachutes in one practise there and back on a football field ( there and back is one). On the other 2 days of the week we workout on the track one day working on long distance and our endurance, the other day we will work on our sprints but the longer sprints like 200m and 400m. Also throughout the training program we to sand hills, pool training, and also we got to 8 rinks and work on our speed on the skinny fast treadmill and the double hockey treadmill. So after school I keep active everyday of the week either at track practise or doing my own workouts at home.
In PE I always do my best and participate either in the activities we do in class or fitness days. I always make sure I get the best workout I can because I don't like waiting my time or fooling around when I can get a good workout in. In class I always respect others and have a good attitude for example the activities we do. I will contribute or help the class in any way I can, for example putting the equipment away, setting up, getting the activity setup. I will try to help in any way I can. I always am prepared for PE and always bring my gym strip. For me I really like the activities we do as a class and also most of the fitness activities I really like for example insanity and the local motion, I also really like the fitness activity when we work down from a number and do the different workouts and run to the middle of the star. I really like circuit training. Also I really enjoy the community run and doing the 21 minute run, I really enjoy running outside.
I think the appropriate grade for PE for me would be an A. I'm not quite sure for percentage but I think in the 90's or so would be appropriate and a G for work habits. For my blog I do lots of posts for PE., the thing is for me for posting evidence for fitness and the activities I don't want to bring my phone out and carry it around because it will take away from the activity or fitness day that I'm doing if I have to worry about holding because I want to get the best workout I can and if I have to hold it in my hand it's going to take away from that. Also I am worried about forgetting it or leaving it out, but what I am going to start doing is post pictures from my track practise so I can post evidence for my outside of school fitness.

Extended beep test
Today for fitness we did the extended beep test. I had a really good workout, I tried my best and didn't rest more then 3 beeps the most I sat out was 2. I did 2-1 then when it got faster and closer to the end I did 1-2. This is me and Anastasiia after the extended beep test.
