P.E fitness friday

On friday for fitness we did the fitness pyramid with 10 excersises starting at 12 for each then going down to 5. For me I really liked the workout and tried my best. That workout was really good to me because everyday for track I do 250 pushups and 250 situps so It wasn't that bad because I'm used to doing pushups, situps and that kind of stuff everyday.
